Limited Three Year Warranty
What is Covered: All defects in materials or workmanship on select Rampage branded products properly installed per provided instructions.
For How Long: Rampage products, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of any step product it manufactures, that the product will be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 3 years from date of purchase. Such obligations under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at Rampage products discretion, of any assembly or parts which, upon examination by Rampage products, Inc. proves to be defective. All defective items must be returned with proof of purchase to Rampage products, Inc., freight prepaid. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, misuse, alteration, accident or damage in transit. Rampage products obligations under this warranty are limited to the aforementioned repair or replacement of warranty defects for which the return authorization has been received during the warranty period, and Rampage products, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from breech of this or any implied warranty.
What Rampage Will Do: During the applicable warranty period listed above, Rampage will, at its option, either repair or replace any defective product at no additional charge. You must pay any labor charges associated with removing or reinstalling the product. If a specific product has been discontinued, Rampage may, at its option, replace your product with a current product of comparable function and value.
What These Warranties Will Not Cover: These warranties do not cover any damage, defect, or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, improper installation, modification, improper or inadequate maintenance, or on-road and off-road hazards. Incidental and consequential damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states or providence do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
How To Get Service: A defective product may, during the warranty period listed above, be returned to the place of purchase. Alternatively, you may contact Rampage Customer Relations directly at 1-800-328-2409 to obtain information on how to obtain service. Proof of purchase must accompany all warranty returns. Returns made to Rampage will not be accepted without prior authorization from Rampage.
How Does State Law Apply? This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state or province to province.
